Rhonda Spradlin joined Progressive Management in July of 2018. She is a graduate of Lander University’s Nursing Program in 1986. Rhonda is a Registered Nurse who has spent the last 30 years serving our Seniors. Prior to joining the Progressiveteam, she spent 25 years with a local Home Health, and Hospice agency as Director of Marketing and Clinical oversight of various care level staff. She has led and been responsible for first impression’s received by patients, referral sources and visitors. As a nurse in our Upstate Community she has worked extensively with area hospitals, skilled nursing homes, assisted living and physicians ensuring patients receive theright level of care. In her role as Director of Community Development she is responsible for managing customer service relations and working along side our Executive Directors and admission team ensuring resident admissions and satisfaction. As a registered nurse she has additional roles in performing and conducting evaluations and assessments on residents prior to admission.
