Ms. Bowman has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and operating assisted living/memory care communities having worked with the larger public corporations as well as smaller regional operators. She has been awarded marketing director of the year by Eden care and community of the year by American Retirement Corporation, a thirty community portfolio, reflecting her ability to staff, build occupancy and turnaround troubled properties. She is a licensed community residential care administrator and has an Assisted Living Federation of America certification as a Certified Long Term Care Marketing Director and a Certified Dementia Specialist.

Ms. Bowman has served on the SC Association of residential Care board of directors and the Governor’s Council for Alzheimer’s Study which is a public/private initiative to better the lives of the memory impaired population. She lives in Simpsonville, SC and is a graduate of Winthrop University with a degree in communication/broadcasting and public speaking.
